    A member of our team will begin the process of assessing your clinical needs and requirements.

  • Begin therapy

    After being assessed, we will match you with the most suitable therapy treatment.

What we offer

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of conditions but can also be an effective tool to help anyone learn how to better manage stressful life situations.

  • Counselling

    Counselling is a process that takes place in planned, regular sessions which last for around 50 minutes and provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to our counsellors about the issues and concerns you need help with.  

  • EMDR

    EMDR is a treatment that involves recalling the specific details of past events (often trauma experiences) that relate to the cause of present-day symptoms while making eye movements, similar to rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which take place as we dream.

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

    Unlike some approaches, IPT does not require you to explore past experiences but focuses upon current issues and relationships that may be contributing to your low mood or difficulties.

  • Couples Counselling for Depression

    Couples Therapy for Depression helps you to understand yourself and your partner better. It can help support you to deal with both the depression and the distress it causes – and help you get back to a feeling of closeness.
