Counselling
What is Counselling? Counselling is a process that takes place in planned, regular sessions which last for around 50 minutes and provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to our counsellors about the issues and concerns you need help with.
Counselling can help you to address your problems by clarifying the issues involved and, explore options and strategies to manage and cope in a more helpful way. For some, just the process of telling their story to a counsellor, and being listened to, is helpful.
